Description
The Broward County Attorney’s Office provides legal counsel to the Broward County Board of County Commissioners and approximately 60 County offices, departments, and divisions. The Office has openings for two attorneys with experience handling transactional matters. The positions will include a broad transactional portfolio, advising County agencies on commercial transactions, funding agreements, and other complex matters. Assigned areas may include Transportation, Aviation, or Real Property. Membership in The Florida Bar is required. Candidates must possess a strong academic record, excellent oral and written communication skills, and at least three years’ experience handling transactional matters. Experience with real estate or representing local governments is a plus.
