CLIENT BACKGROUND
We are working with a fast-growing and highly strategic private wealth platform that is actively scaling its Hong Kong business. With strong regional backing and ambitious growth plans, the firm is investing heavily in its PWM franchise and hiring a high-impact Business Manager to partner directly with senior leadership and front office teams.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to decision-makers and the opportunity to drive real business outcomes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a right-hand business partner to senior Relationship Managers and desk heads, driving commercial decisions and growth initiatives
• Take ownership of business performance tracking, including revenue analysis, pipeline visibility, and strategic reporting (MIS)
• Work closely with front office, Compliance, Product and Operations to unblock issues and accelerate execution
• Support and drive key business initiatives, including platform expansion, client onboarding strategies, and new product rollout
• Deliver sharp, actionable insights to senior management through reporting and presentations
• Play a central role in shaping the direction of the PWM business on a day-to-day basis

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years of experience within private banking, wealth management, or securities platforms
• Proven track record in a Business Manager, COO Office, front office support or legal and compliance role
• Solid understanding of wealth products (equities, funds, structured solutions)
• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge, influence, and partner senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English; Mandarin or Cantonese strongly preferred
