Ltd. is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Operation Manager to address our growing investment demands. Da Cheng International Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DC International" or the "Company"), established on March 19, 2009 with a registered capital of HK$130 million, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dacheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. As one of the pioneering Chinese fund companies to establish subsidiaries in Hong Kong, the Company is dedicated to expanding cross-border and global investment opportunities while focusing on building a comprehensive global investment platform. It positions itself as both an "overseas investment pioneer" and a leading expert in "global Chinese concept investments."

DC International holds a full suite of licenses for cross-border and overseas operations, including authorization from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to conduct Type 1 regulated activities (dealing in securities), Type 4 regulated activities (advising on securities), and Type 9 regulated activities (asset management). Additionally, the Company has obtained RQFII/QFII qualifications. Notably, it was among the first firms to secure the qualification of overseas investment advisors for Hong Kong Stock Connect granted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission in October 2018.

Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Set up and improve middle to back office functions in light of all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
2. Responsible for setting up department internal guidelines and implementation of job plans.
3. Responsible for fund administration including, but not limited to, fund transfer, settlements, cash position monitoring, fund accounting, NAV calculation, and valuation of fund portfolios.
4. Responsible for the daily operations of ETF products, including PCF (Portfolio Composition File) compilation and dissemination, primary market creation/redemption processing, and coordination with Participating Dealers (PDs) and exchanges.
5. Assist in various fund filings, fund audits, and information dissemination; bookkeep financial statements, reports, and announcements in light of all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
6. Responsible for setting up new products (including ETF launches and system testing), valuation system development, and maintaining fund databases.
7. Liaise with various parties including fund managers, prime brokers, executing brokers, auditors, custodians, trustees, share registrars (TA), and other service providers; provide training and supervision to operations staff.
8. Ensure our business is in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and operational risk control procedures.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines;
2. Ideally more than 1-2 years of related experience in fund management firms or custodian banks; hands-on experience in ETF operations (e.g., PCF preparation, primary market clearing) is highly preferred;
3. Familiar with fund administration, settlement, valuation, and accounting; solid understanding of ETF arbitrage mechanisms and their unique operational workflows;
4. Sound knowledge of different types of investment products (including equities, fixed income, and ETFs).
5. A strong sense of responsibility, mature, hardworking and a strong team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills;
6. An ability to multitask, prioritize tasks according to urgency and meet deadlines;
7. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
8. Professional accounting qualification preferred and immediately availability will be an advantage definitely.

4. 負責公募基金及 ETF 產品的日常運作，包括 PCF（申購贖回清單）的編制與披露、實物及現金申贖清算、與參與商（PD）及交易所的業務對接等；
5. 根據法律、法規和監管要求安排基金的財務報表、報告及公告等各類報告的資訊披露；
6. 負責運營有關新產品、新業務和新系統的建設和拓展；包括但不限於對各類協定的審定、系統支援程度的建議等（如 ETF 產品發行與系統測試）；
7. 與基金運作各方，包括基金經理、機構經紀業務、執行經紀人、審計師、託管人、過戶登記處（TA）或其他服務提供者保持聯絡；負責對運營部門員工工作培訓及督導；
8. 確保運營工作遵守所有相關的法律，法規和操作風險控制流程。

任職要求：

1. 會計、財務或相關專業大學本科以上學歷；
2. 至少 1-2 年的資產管理公司或託管行相關工作經驗，具備 ETF 運營（如 Primary Market 申贖處理、PCF 製作）實際經驗者優先；
3. 熟悉基金運營的清算、估值、核算及風險管理，了解 ETF 的套利機制及特有的運作流程；
4. 對不同類型的投資產品（如權益類、固收類及 ETF 等）有相當的認識；
