Key Responsibilities
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the dealership, providing strategic leadership across variable operations, fixed operations, finance, and administration. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to execute business objectives while fostering a culture centered on customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational excellence.
- Provide leadership and oversight for all dealership operations.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
- Analyze financial statements, operating reports, and key performance indicators to guide business decisions.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop department managers and future leaders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong manufacturer relationships while achieving brand performance objectives.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high CSI performance.
- Establish annual operating plans and monitor departmental performance against established goals.

Demonstrated ability to drive profitability while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
