Role / Department
A role within the Private Equity (PE) Operations team supporting a key client. You will work with global teams to deliver accounting and operational tasks on time, meet KPIs, and manage client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team, driving collaboration, performance, and clear communication
- Coordinate deliverables, set timelines with clients, and ensure global adherence
- Provide technical accounting guidance and act as a key point of contact for complex issues
- Oversee and review financial reporting, including Board-level reporting where required
- Ensure completion of statutory reporting and Guernsey regulatory requirements (FRR/LRR)
- Manage fund activities including valuations, distributions, and capital calls
- Support internal reporting and identify process improvements
- Build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and internal teams
- Resolve queries, attend meetings, and present updates where needed
- Support team workload, monitor mailboxes, and assist across tasks
- Contribute to new business discussions and fee reviews
- Act as an authorised signatory
- Contribute to team priorities and projects
- Maintain knowledge of Guernsey regulations and fund administration practices
- ACA/ACCA qualified; knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Understanding of Guernsey regulatory environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leadership, problem-solving, and organisational ability
- Advanced Excel; Investran beneficial
- Self-starter, flexible, and able to work under pressure
