Your new role
As the Client Services Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Supporting a team of advisers and professionals, you will deliver exceptional client service while managing a variety of administrative and coordination responsibilities.Key responsibilities will include:

Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and client enquiries

Greeting clients and coordinating appointments and meetings

Providing administrative support to advisers and senior staff

Preparing client correspondence, documentation, and reports

Maintaining accurate client records and CRM databases

Managing client onboarding and compliance documentation

Coordinating diary management and scheduling appointments

Following up outstanding information and documentation

Liaising with external stakeholders and service providers

Ensuring a high standard of customer service and client experience

Assisting with office administration and general business support duties

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Previous experience in a Client Services, Administration, Reception, or Customer Service position

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

The ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing deadlines

A proactive and professional approach to client service

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

Experience using CRM systems and digital databases

Professional services experience within accounting, financial planning, legal, insurance, or lending environments will be highly regarded.
