Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified Citation Bravo/Encore typed Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for full-time, on-site operations flying under Part 135 and Part 91. The PIC will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional operation of Beechcraft Premier aircraft while delivering exceptional service to our charter clients.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities: Act as Pilot-in-Command on Citation Bravo/Encore aircraft
Perform thorough pre-flight planning, risk assessment, and aircraft inspections
Conduct safe and compliant flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
Ensure the highest levels of passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction
Coordinate effectively with ground staff, maintenance, and dispatch
Execute emergency procedures when required
Maintain accurate flight logs, records, and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements: Current FAA ATP Certificate with a Citation Bravo/Encore Type Rating
2500 Minimum flight hours and operational experience as required by FAA Part 135 and company standards
Ability to pass comprehensive background check and FAA-mandated Drug & Alcohol testing
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, safety procedures, and emergency protocols
Proven experience in pre-flight planning, flight operations, and aircraft inspection
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Demonstrated commitment to safety and attention to detail
Charter / Part 135 experience is a strong plus.
