Description
Adree is seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across multiple stakeholders, translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications. The role serves as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, validated, and communicated to support the successful delivery of IT, software, and digital solutions that align with organizational objectives.Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications for development teams (.NET, OutSystems, Creatio, Frontend).
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and UI/UX Designers to confirm solution scope and user expectations.
- Create and maintain user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate and lead workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare wireframes, use cases, and mockups with the design team to visualize and validate business processes.
- Support QA by reviewing test plans and validating that delivered functionality matches business requirements.
- Assist with change management, user training, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuously review current processes and propose improvements, automation, or optimization opportunities.
- Work across multiple Agile projects, adapting priorities to stakeholder needs and delivery timelines.
- Ensure alignment between business goals, technical implementation, and user experience.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst in software or digital product development.
Skills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data, processes, and workflows to identify gaps/inefficiencies.
- Ability to write clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart.
- Understanding of web application architectures, APIs, and enterprise platforms (OutSystems, Creatio, or similar CRMs is a plus).
- Basic familiarity with SQL or business reporting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working across departments.
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with low-code platforms (OutSystems, Creatio) or custom development (.NET, Angular).
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA (advantage).
- Exposure to UX principles and design thinking (plus).
