We are currently seeking as Associate Director of Revenue Management to join the team. This position plays a key leadership role in driving revenue strategy through advanced data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and team development. This position partners closely with the Area Director of Revenue, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Spa and Programs to translate complex data into actionable insight that supports pricing, forecasting, and demand strategies. The Associate Director provides strategic guidance, mentors team members, and serves as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while reinforcing a strong revenue management culture.
Essential Functions
- Partner with Area Director of Revenue to develop, execute, and refine holistic revenue strategies that optimize total resort revenue
- Lead advanced analysis of business trends, demand patterns, channel performance, and guest behaviors to inform forecasting, pricing, and inventory decisions
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Spa, Programs, Marketing, Sales, and Reservations leadership to align revenue strategies with operational execution and guest experience goals
- Participate in weekly forecasting and strategy meetings, provide strategic recommendations, and facilitate data-driven discussion
- Oversee and enhance daily, weekly, and monthly reporting processes with a strong focus on accuracy, automation, and efficiency
- Ensure data integrity across systems by supervising quality assurance processes
- Serve as a subject matter expert on PMS, CRS, and PrO (RMS); oversee package creation and optimization in alignment with revenue strategy
- Monitor reservations sales performance metrics and proactively communicate trends and opportunities to leadership
- Mentor, develop, and motivate other team members through coaching
- Lead or support special projects related to revenue optimization, system enhancements, and process improvements
- Promote a collaborative, communicative, and accountable revenue management culture

Qualifications
• 4-6 years of progressive experience in revenue management, analytics, or hospitality related disciplines
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in revenue, reservations, and reporting systems (Synxis/Opera /Book4Time preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and collaboration abilities
• Professional demeanor with strong organizational and time management skills
