Role Responsibilities

1. Channel Strategy Execution: -

1. Lead execution of the 6P and Annual On-Trade and Banquets commercial marketing strategy aligned with business priorities and portfolio ambition.
2. Identify segment, sub-channel, and customer opportunities through Gemba to drive Demand Generation of the portfolio
3. Translate strategy into actionable market-level activation frameworks.
4. Drive & Lead Execution of market-specific plans for premiumization, visibility, menu dominance, and experiential activations.
5. Ensure execution scalable toolkits and execution guidelines for regional deployment by partnering with regional teams.

1. Cross-Functional Market Execution

1. Partner closely with Regional Commercial teams, Sales, Brand Marketing, Procurement, and external agencies for execution excellence.
2. Lead planning reviews with market stakeholders to identify gaps and course-correct proactively.
3. Track implementation consistency across markets.

1. Performance Tracking & Analytics

1. Monitor effectiveness of activations and promos through defined KPIs:
2. Support PDCA through data driven and Gemba initiatives.

Qualifications
