Company Overview

Great Hearts is a growing non-profit network of tuition-free public charter schools currently serving over 17,000 students in in Phoenix, San Antonio, and Dallas/Ft. Worth, through a core, classical liberal arts curriculum. We gladly prepare our graduates for success in the best colleges/universities in the nation, but our main purpose is the formation of the soul, heart, and mind. We believe that the highest goal of education is to become good, intellectually and morally.

Benefits

Our benefits are outstanding, with Great Hearts covering 100% of the employee’s health and dental premiums, and 50% of any dependent premiums. Retirement plans and other forms of insurance and benefits are available. Our full-time 6-12 teachers teach 4 periods per day, and have the benefit of substantive professional development opportunities. For example, Great Hearts awarded $15,000 to a handful of recipients across the network last year to attend professional development programs. In addition, we offer robust opportunities as a part of our Summer Institute for Teachers and Scholars.
