American Management of Virginia, Inc. (AMV) is seeking qualified candidates for a Portfolio Manager role in our company. AMV is an established community management company located in Manassas, Virginia.
Job Description:
If selected, you will be responsible for the management of a mixed portfolio of Associations varying in size and type.
Job Type: Full-Time
Requirements:
Strong communication skills. This is a must. The candidate should be adept in both verbal and written communications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products with a focus on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
The ideal candidate must manage a calendar of the duties assigned, be organized, focused and have the agility necessary to multitask and prioritize assignments.
Community Management experience, completion of the M-100 and CMCA certification are required. AMS and PCAM certifications are highly valued and may expand the pay range.
Pay: Commensurate with experience and certifications.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Willingness and availability to work in the evenings is required for the attendance of Board Meetings.
Occasional requirement to work afterhours and weekends to address property emergencies.
