Description
The School of Management at Fudan University, one of China's most prestigious universities, invites applications for faculty positions at the levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor, with appointments expected to commence no later than August 2027. Successful candidates will be offered a competitive remuneration package that includes salary, research funding, and housing assistance.
We are seeking candidates in the areas of Quantitative Marketing, Consumer Behavior and Marketing Strategy. Applications are particularly welcome from scholars specializing in the marketing of high-tech enterprises, artificial intelligence marketing, and related areas. Candidates with a strong academic background in economics or psychology are also encouraged to apply.
Requirements
All applicants must hold a doctoral degree from a recognized academic institution and have relevant full-time working experience. Appointed faculty will be expected to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, conduct high-quality academic research, apply for research grants, and publish in leading academic journals.
For Associate Professor or Full Professor level: candidates must demonstrate a proven record of exemplary teaching and research.
For Assistant Professor level: candidates should demonstrate strong potential for excellence in teaching and research.
