Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global biopharma company and contribute to meaningful projects from day one? Join our Business Excellence Team at Allergan Aesthetics, part of the AbbVie family, as a working student in CRM & Data Management.

In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our customer data, improving data quality, and supporting collaboration across teams in Germany and Switzerland. You will have the opportunity to work with international CRM and sales processes, gaining practical experience that can support your future career development.

Your Responsibilities

• Review and clean up the CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Harmonize CRM and sales systems by matching and verifying customer data
• Conduct customer research and profiling based on web sources
• Support the alignment of SharePoint structures between Germany and Switzerland
• Prepare ad-hoc Excel reports and assist with data analysis

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent German as well as good English communication skills
• Self-motivated, structured, and reliable
