As an Account Opening Approval Hub Associate in Wealth Management Client Operations, you will review client onboarding requirements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. You will act as a subject matter expert, partner with key stakeholders, and serve as a control point for account opening approvals. In this role, you will maintain high standards of data integrity, adapt to regulatory changes, and contribute to a positive client experience. You will have the opportunity to influence processes and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Act as a subject matter expert on required documents and processes for client account onboarding
• Partner with business stakeholders, client-facing teams, and internal groups to review legal documents and ensure compliance with policies
• Review data integrity for client due diligence and coordinate with stakeholders involved in account opening
• Serve as a control point for account opening approvals and report issues for designated clients
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail while meeting productivity goals
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent military experience
• Three years of experience within financial services, operations, or compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn new subject matter quickly
• Strong client focus and ability to partner with internal groups
• Independent and self-motivated, with adaptability in a dynamic team environment
• Ability to influence stakeholders through clear and confident communication
• Strong analytical, prioritization, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet fixed deadlines
• Strong risk and controls awareness
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience in client onboarding or documentation analysis
• Ability to address conflicts and escalate issues appropriately
• Experience navigating complex organizational structures
• Demonstrated contribution to high-performing teams
• Ability to drive results through leadership, communication, and influence
