VP Asset Management (Real Estate). This is a senior strategic role for a proven investment professional seeking to play a key part in shaping a high-growth real estate portfolio working under the investment team.

About the Role

The VP Asset Management will lead the execution, monitoring, and optimisation of real estate investments across multiple asset classes. The role requires strong transaction leadership, advanced financial capabilities, and the ability to build and manage key market relationships. We are seeking a motivated leader with deep regional exposure and a strong track record in real estate investment management and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deal execution, including due diligence, negotiations, legal documentation, and closing.
• Prepare and present investment memoranda and recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Stay informed on macroeconomic trends, market dynamics, and regulatory developments.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, JV partners, and investment bankers.
• Lead financial modelling, sensitivity analysis, and valuation of potential investments (DCF, IRR, NPV, etc.).
• Source proprietary deals and evaluate off-market opportunities.
• Monitor performance of existing investments; identify value enhancement or exit opportunities.
• Partner with asset management, finance, and development teams to maximise asset returns.
• Contribute to portfolio strategy, including asset management and capital deployment planning.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure development and high-quality output.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Asset Management, and Development teams to drive strategic alignment and successful deal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field (required).
• CFA Certification.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of real estate investment management experience.
• Proven track record leading real estate transactions across residential, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and other sectors.
• Experience with investments in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
