Morgan McKinley is partnering with a wellestablished multinational organisation to recruit an Treasury Operations Assistant Manager to support its regional treasury function. This is a hands-on, operational role with exposure to multiple entities and banking partners globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day treasury operations including payments, cash management and bank account administration
• Oversee and review work performed by shared services teams; investigate and resolve operational errors
• Handle banking documentation, KYC requirements and account signatory management
• Liaise directly with local, regional and global banks; able to follow up and push back when required
• Support internal stakeholders across regional offices on treasury-related matters
• Participate in process improvements and operational enhancements within treasury

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
• At least 4-6 years of experience in treasury operations, corporate finance or banking
• Strong knowledge of cash management, payment processes and banking documentation
• Exposure to regional or multi-entity environments preferred
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable in an operationally heavy role
• Stable career track record preferred
