At GSVHC, the Club and Head Professional are committed to supporting your growth as a teacher and professional through mentorship, hands-on experience, and continued educational opportunities. You'll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, develop innovative instructional programs, and help players of all ages and skill levels reach their goals.

We are seeking a Teaching Professional who embodies:

• Professionalism in instruction, service, and daily interactions
• Strong attention to detail in planning and delivering programs
• A collaborative, team-first mindset to support the golf staff and membership
• Personal and professional drive to grow as an instructor and mentor players
• Proficiency with technology (swing analysis tools, launch monitors, video, etc.) to enhance the learning experience

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group instruction to players of all ages and skill levels.
• Design and implement instructional programs, including junior golf, ladies' clinics, and specialized player development initiatives.
• Utilize modern teaching tools and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Assist with club events, member engagement, and the overall promotion of the game.
• Collaborate with the Golf Professional staff to support day-to-day golf operations when needed.
• Provide custom club fitting and equipment recommendations.
• Maintain an approachable, enthusiastic, and professional presence on the practice facilities and golf
