Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Golf Instructor (Independent Contractor) to lead individual and group lessons in our state-of-the-art golf studio. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical golf knowledge with excellent communication and teaching skills, using advanced technology such as launch monitors, swing analysis software, force-plate analysis, 3D data captures and more. This indoor studio is approximately 850 sq. feet with storage and sitting areas

Experience Required

• PGA or LPGA certification preferred (or in progress). 5+ years of instructional experience and building your own cliental.
• Proven experience teaching golf, ideally in an indoor or studio setting.
• Strong understanding of golf swing mechanics, short game, and course strategy.
• Familiarity with swing analysis tools and launch monitor technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate, educate, and inspire students of all ages.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide private and group golf instruction to players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Utilize studio technology, the use of Force Plates and other golf technology
• Design and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual goals and abilities.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming environment that promotes learning and enjoyment.
• Assist in marketing efforts by creating engaging content (videos, social media posts, client testimonials).
• Track student progress and maintain detailed lesson notes and performance data.
• Ensure studio equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Stay current on teaching methods, golf technology, and industry trends.
