Job Duties
The Strategy & Executive Office Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership team by driving strategic initiatives, managing critical projects, and ensuring alignment across departments. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executives to develop and implement strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives that align with the organization's goals.
Project Management: Oversee and manage high-priority projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Data Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and data analysis to inform strategic decisions. Prepare reports and presentations for executive meetings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration among departments.
Executive Support: Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and managing correspondence.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress toward strategic goals. Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
Change Management: Support the organization in navigating change by fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.

Minimum Qualifications
Strategic Planning Experience:
Years of Experience: Typically, 5-7 years in roles focused on strategic planning, business development, or corporate strategy.
Skills Acquired: Developing and implementing strategic initiatives, conducting market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
Project Management:
Years of Experience: 3-5 years managing complex projects, preferably within a corporate environment.
Skills Acquired: Proficiency in project management methodologies.
Analytical and Financial Skills:
Years of Experience: 2-4 years in roles involving data analysis, financial modeling, or business analytics.
Skills Acquired: Ability to interpret financial reports, conduct quantitative analysis, and develop data-driven strategies. Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Executive Support:
Skills Acquired: Understanding executive decision-making processes, corporate governance, and effective communication with senior leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Years of Experience: Experience working in or with multiple departments (e.g., marketing, finance, operations).
Skills Acquired: Enhancing collaboration and understanding how different business units interact to achieve overall organizational goals.
Industry-Specific Experience:
Years of Experience: 3-5 years in the same industry as the organization (e.g., technology, telecom, finance).
Skills Acquired: Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements relevant to the organization's strategic goals.
Leadership and Team Management:
Years of Experience: Demonstrated experience leading teams or initiatives.
Skills Acquired: Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent within the organization.
Communication and Presentation Skills:
Years of Experience: Experience presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Skills Acquired: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, proficiency in creating impactful presentations (using PowerPoint or similar tools).
Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or related fields.
Experience working in an executive office or supporting C-suite executives is highly desirable.
Skills:
