Job Summary
The Digital Workplace Product Manager at Northern Trust will assist with the development and execution of innovative digital workplace solutions that enhance employee productivity and engagement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycle, and ensuring seamless integration of digital tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workplace strategy that aligns with Northern Trust's business objectives .
- Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital workplace products, ensuring they meet user needs and expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT, HR, and other departments to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product adoption.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital workplace initiatives.
- User Experience: Advocate for an exceptional user experience by incorporating user feedback and usability testing into product design.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for digital workplace projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Intermediate-to-advanced level Microsoft 365 user.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the digital workplace or IT sector.
- Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and trends.
- Proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
$114,500 - 194,700 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
