Job overview and responsibilities
The Specialist - Regular Compliance supports the Inflight safety leadership team through the ongoing administration and advocacy for our Safety programs (ISAP, FRMP), our Safety Management System (SMS), and ongoing quality assurance processes.
- Administration and support of the Inflight Safety Action Program (ISAP), including analysis and preparation for ERC meetings, maintenance of SME directory for responses, ISAP training, and communications
- Administration and support of the Fatigue Risk Management Program (FRMP), including analysis and preparation for FRC meetings, FRMP training, and communications
- Administration and monitoring of the Safety Management System throughout the Inflight division ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in all areas of safety
- Support for Inflight Safety regulatory and quality assurance activities, including support for management of voluntary disclosures and compliance actions, and long term monitoring of safety policy changes and other mitigations
Qualifications
What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
- At least three years' experience in the commercial air carrier industry or a highly regulated safety environment
- Aviation Safety Action Programs
- Fatigue Risk Management Programs
- Safety Management Systems
- Applicable portions of the Code of Federal Regulations governing air carrier operations, aviation security, occupational health and safety
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to present ideas & findings to Inflight leadership and stakeholders
- Knowledge of FAR
- Strong data analysis skills
- Strong PowerPoint knowledge
- Must be willing to travel up 10%
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
