Overview

This position is part of a digital transformation and IT integration initiative aimed at establishing a unified, end-to-end product support environment within complex enterprise systems. The objective is to consolidate existing IT services and functionalities, integrate new digital solutions, and enable seamless, automated data exchange between enterprise platforms and external partners.

The project follows a holistic Integrated Product Support (IPS) approach, focusing on harmonization, data standardization, and interoperability across all system layers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage small to mid-sized IT infrastructure and rollout projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality targets throughout all implementation phases.
• Support requirements management and contribute to proposal preparation, including scoping and cost estimation.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, monitor dependencies, manage changes, and identify potential risks.
• Lead stakeholder management and project cost controlling, providing regular progress and performance reporting.
• Develop data analyses, decision templates, and presentations for management and steering committees.
• Coordinate work packages across technical teams and manage project documentation in compliance with quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical, functional, and service delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Education:
  Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
  Alternatively, a completed vocational IT or commercial training program plus at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Languages:
  German C1 (CEFR)
  English B1 (CEFR)
• Certifications:
• Project Management certification (IPMA Level D, PRINCE2, PMI, or equivalent).
• ITIL Foundation (V3 or V4).
• Certified SAFe® 5 Scaled Agile, Inc.
• COBIT 5 Foundation (PeopleCert).
• SAP S/4HANA certifications:
• S4H01 Business Suite to S/4HANA Delta
• SAPTEC Technology Fundamentals for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite
• PLM100 Life-Cycle Data Management Overview (SAP).

Experience Requirements

• Project Management:
  Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT infrastructure or digital transformation projects.
• Tools & Methodologies:
  Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Architecture Management:
  At least 2 years of experience in IT or enterprise architecture.
• Process & Systems Knowledge:
• Experience with ARIS for process modeling and documentation.
• Familiarity with digital transformation frameworks and organizational development initiatives.
• Knowledge of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) principles.
• Understanding of innovation strategies and change management methodologies.
• Experience working with product lifecycle management (PLM) and data integration processes based on IPS standards.
• Experience using SPARX Enterprise Architect (ADMBw) or similar modeling tools.
