Description
Here at Praise Assembly Church Ministries (“PACM”) we want our church to be a community whose members corporately and individually put into effect the threefold priority of God first, God’s family second, and God’s work in the world third. We take this biblical mandate seriously, and our expressions of it are not fixed, but a growing process that we endeavor to reach as we continue to be led by the Holy Spirit.
We believe the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37-40) and the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) will grow and mature the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. To that end our Mission is threefold:
- To save the lost;
- To become a church for those without a church home; and
- To present the Gospel in a simple way so that ALL will grow to know Jesus.
PACM is currently seeking a Senior Pastor. The Senior Pastor will serve as the primary spiritual leader, preacher, and teacher, responsible for the overall health and well-being of the congregation, providing pastoral care, oversight of the church’s ministries and leadership, ensuring the church’s mission and vision are effectively implemented. After completion of the applicable probationary period, the Senior Pastor will also act as the Chairperson of the PACM Board of Directors and the President of the organization, guiding the church in its business affairs, in order to compliment the spiritual mission and vision.
The Senior Pastor must be an example for and able to work with, church employees, volunteers and Ministry leaders in order to aid in ushering the Holy Spirit into all PACM services, events and programs. This position is a ministry; therefore, the person in this position will be extending the ministry of PACM to our members, staff and community and will be required to submit to a full background check.
