Description
Senior Manager, People and Organization – Change Management & Communications, PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, Washington, DC. Help clients reset their talent strategies and deliver extraordinary business results through their people. Advise clients on creating sustainable value through people culture and change, designing compensation and retirement strategies, and improving human capital operations. Help clients develop and communicate a plan that enables their employees to execute and embrace lasting transformation by empowering them to change their behaviour by focusing on critical things that drive successful results. Conduct regular technical client interviews to develop and discuss potential solutions to the client and identifying technical areas by asking relevant questions. Supervise and coach professional teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $192,000 - $218,000/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field, plus 6 years of related work experience, of which at least 5 years must be post-bachelors, progressive related work experience.
In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.
Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
- Ensuring consistent design and delivery of consulting solutions in the areas of organizational, HR and learning development, analytics, and forecasting/modeling;
- Assessing and advising on organizational change management, employee experience, learning & development, workforce planning and analytics, organizational design, human resources transformation, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, talent assessment, future of work and upskilling to enable a future facing workforce;
- Facilitating data-driven coaching sessions with clients, helping them extract key insights regarding individual and team performance; and
- Advising on organizational change management, employee experience, learning and development, performance management, and talent assessment.
80% telecommuting permitted. Must be able to commute to the designated local office.
Travel requirement(s): Domestic and/or international travel up to 80% required.
