Description

• Change Management: Develop, plan and execute change processes and roadmaps to support digital transformation & AI initiatives. Define the objectives, milestones, and KPIs for the transformation journey in close collaboration with the project / program management.
• Capability Building: Identify training needs for different stakeholder groups to ensure the organizational readiness for certain digital & AI initiatives. Plan and align upskilling sessions conducted by the respective expert groups. Ensure a proper rollout of trainings throughout the organization. Design and deliver training programs for AI literacy and new workflows.
• Stakeholder Management and Communication: Drive leadership alignment and prepare a clear communication strategy for change management & capability building initiatives. Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop a communication strategy. Create a compelling change story to convey purpose and benefits. Ensure transparent and ongoing communication across all stakeholders
• Process &Technology Integration: Closely align with other stakeholders i.e., Enablement, HR, and IT to define skill needs and update the curriculum respectively

• Universitiy degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 7 years of experience in the change management or project management environment
• Experience within the healthcare environment
• Experience with upskilling & training initiatives

• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• High level of social competence that build trust and ability to manage resistance
• Ability to guide and influence teams to achieve program goals
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Manage rapid technologies shifts and continuous improvement
• Fluent in Englisch - any other languages are welcome
