Grow your career as Senior Analyst, B2C Revenue Management within ALG Vacations. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for the analytical execution and optimization of vacation package pricing for the CheapCaribbean.com brand across all destinations. This role drives margin and revenue performance through daily pricing analysis, recommendations, and execution within defined guardrails, translating data into real-time commercial action. The position partners closely with B2C Strategy and B2C Merchandising to deliver executive-level insights and scalable pricing solutions aligned to business objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Own daily review, recommendation, and execution of vacation package pricing for the CheapCaribbean.com brand across all destinations to optimize margin and revenue performance .
- Analyze booking trends, demand signals, and performance data to identify pricing opportunities, risks, and corrective actions .
- Execute pricing changes independently within established guardrails, including price floors, ceilings, approval thresholds, and promotional windows .
- Develop pricing recommendations and scenarios using advanced analytical techniques to support short- and mid-term revenue strategies .
- Partner closely with B2C Strategy and B2C Merchandising teams to align pricing decisions with site merchandising priorities, demand strategies, and commercial initiatives .
- Produce executive-ready insights and summaries for Director- and VP-level stakeholders, clearly communicating performance drivers and pricing actions .
- Leverage SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and LLM tools to automate analysis, improve decision velocity, and scale revenue management processes .
- Monitor competitive pricing and market dynamics to ensure pricing remains responsive and strategically positioned .
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance pricing methodologies, tools, and workflows .
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, analytics, or commercial strategy .
- Demonstrated ability to move from analysis to execution in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Experience supporting revenue, margin, or pricing decisions with measurable business impact.
- Working knowledge in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Working knowledge of Python for analytical modeling or automation.
- Experience with Power BI for dashboarding and performance reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience leveraging ChatGPT or other LLM tools to enhance analytical efficiency and documentation.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly as business priorities evolve.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

The salary range for this position is $72,400-$100,000.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
