Job Title:Securities Services Client Change Managers

Salary/Rate: £650 - 750 inside IR35

Job Type: Initial 12+ month contract

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Securities Services Client Change Manager to join our clients team in London on a hybrid basis.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will be responsible for leading a portfolio of Securities Services client change initiatives, owning senior client relationships, driving delivery across multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring strategic alignment between the bank?s transformation agenda and each client?s product lifecycle and operational roadmap.

• Account management = building relationship with client through good governance, managing program of change, unblocking issues
• Delivery leadership = portfolio delivered as expected
• Strategic alignment = awareness and understanding of the bank and their end client's roadmaps

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Must have senior change / transformation and leadership experience
• Excellent client management and client-facing skills
• Must know Securities Services where nature of requests are relatively technical
• Know lifecycle of Securities Services and its products across fund administration, middle office, transfer agency
• Portfolio experience not programme management - lots of projects under a portfolio (example given was 30 clients in a single portfolio). There would be a team supporting the individual
• Team management experience
