Overview

We are partnering with a top-tier, globally recognised asset manager to hire an experienced RFP professional at AVP/VP level in Hong Kong. This is a high-impact role within a growing regional team, supporting institutional and intermediary distribution across Asia and global channels. You will lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI/DDQ process, elevate content quality, and collaborate closely with Sales, Investments, Product, Operations, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• • Own and project-manage RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for institutional and intermediary clients across APAC ex Japan.
  • Translate complex investment strategies (equities, fixed income, multi-asset, alternatives, ESG) into clear, compelling responses aligned to client objectives
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers, Product Specialists, Sales, and Legal/Compliance to source data points, performance, risk metrics, and narratives; ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Maintain and enhance the RFP content library and knowledge base; implement best practices, templates, and version control
  • Drive continuous improvement in response quality, win themes, and time-to-market through analytics and feedback loops
  • Support consultant databases, marketing collateral, and due diligence updates as needed
  • Contribute to strategic pitches, finals presentations, and content localization for Asian markets

Requirements

• • 4-8+ years of RFP/RFI/DDQ experience within asset management
  • Strong product knowledge across public markets; exposure to alternatives and ESG integration a plus
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English; ability to synthesize technical content into client-centric value propositions
  • Solid understanding of performance/risk metrics, attribution, benchmark nuances, and regulatory constraints
