About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, coachable and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our RevOps team. This role is ideal for someone looking to launch a career at the intersection of sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, you'll ensure our go-to-market functions operate efficiently by maintaining data integrity, optimizing processes, and supporting operational initiatives that drive predictable revenue growth.
Working at the crossroads of people, processes, and systems, this is a tactical and hands-on role that blends technical skills (like CRM management and system workflows) with soft skills (like cross-functional collaboration, communication, and problem-solving).
You'll gain exposure to a wide range of RevOps disciplines, building the foundation for growth into areas like CRM administration and GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Support:
Assist in maintaining and optimizing Salesforce to ensure data accuracy, enforce best practices, and support end-user requests.
Reporting: Owning dashboards and reports that provide accurate, actionable insights to support daily decision-making across teams.
Data Hygiene & Governance: Regularly audit records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. Process Creation, Documentation and Optimization: Assist in documenting and improving workflows across the GTM function.
User Support & Training: Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting issues and helping onboard new team members to RevOps tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline handoffs and ensure process alignment.
Tool Administration: Be the backup administrator for key GTM tools, supporting system maintenance, user management, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in RevOps or related cross-functional departments.
- Salesforce experience as super-user.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Project management experience.
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales metrics and pipeline dynamics.
- A proactive learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred (but not required)
- Excel advanced
- Experience with Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Sales Enablement tools.
- Aptitude with process visualization and project management tools, such as Lucidchart and Teamwork.
