RESIDENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

Live and work in beautiful Palm Springs! Marabelle Estates, a well-maintained, condominium community, is seeking an experienced, reliable Resident Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our property. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys property management, working with people, and the Palm Springs lifestyle.
The Position
As our on-site Resident Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth operation of our community, including financial administration, vendor coordination, property maintenance oversight, and serving as the primary contact for our homeowners. You'll work under the direction of our Corporation President with support from an engaged Board of Directors.

Included services: internet service, water, trash removal
Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate for property-related errands
Paid vacation (1 day per month) and holidays
Part-time schedule (approximately 40 hours per week) with flexibility
Key Responsibilities
Oversee property operations including pools, landscaping, and building maintenance
Manage financial records, process invoices, prepare monthly reports and annual budget
Coordinate with vendors and contractors; obtain bids and supervise work
Serve as primary contact for homeowner questions and concerns
Conduct regular property inspections and check vacant units
Ensure compliance with HOA regulations and California law
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Ability to live on-site in provided housing
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Integrity in handling financial matters
Preferred:
Property management or HOA management experience
Knowledge of building systems, landscaping, and pool maintenance
Familiarity with California HOA laws
Budget and financial reporting experience
