The Principle Lead Tech, Store IT Cust Support -Reporting Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Retail Store Center operation through building and delivering reporting from multiple data sources that will be used for Service Level Adherence, KPI tracking, incident, and agent performance trending. This position specializes in automating data extraction and reporting processing that often occurs off hours to minimize infrastructure impact.
• Design, build, test and delivery of all reports requested and essential for the critical business functions.
• Will have to work collaboratively with operational staff, vendors, and management to provide reporting that meets business requirements..
• Must use critical thinking and analytic skills to understand business reporting needs.
• Produces reports on schedule
• Build ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Adherence to security policies and internal processes
• Adherence to internal coding standards and best practices
• Works with application team experts to ensure quality development and testing of reports.
• Performs first-line troubleshooting of reporting issues
• Provides input for process improvement.
Required Qualifications
• 1+ year IT experience
• Knowledge of Excel data manipulation skills including macro level experience
• Knowledge of Access/relational database experience
• Experience in SQL development
• Flexibility with availability to support the call center when required
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with call center applications and ITIL Incident Management
• Experience working with application reports design, implementation, and administration
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, IEX Totalview Workforce Management, and Verint Impact 360.
• Knowledge of Oracle SQL functions
• Knowledge of Power BI, Crystal Reports and Business Objects
• Knowledge of Access Database creation and management.
• Strong verbal and writing skills, required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse workforce
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to present and interact with personnel at all levels including management.
Able to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Education
• High school diploma or an associate's degree in technology or related experience.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$21.10 - $49.08
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
