Your new role
As the Receptionist/Administrator, you will provide essential support across reception, administration and broader business operations. This role is ideal for someone with corporate experience who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering high standards of service, and is comfortable supporting a busy commercial team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reception duties, including greeting clients, answering and directing calls, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day commercial operations
- Assisting with document preparation, data entry, filing and correspondence. Supporting internal teams with scheduling, coordination and general administrative tasks
- Maintaining office supplies, coordinating orders and ensuring the office environment remains organised and professional
- Delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
You will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a corporate or commercial administration/reception role
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presentation
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously while also contributing positively to a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with commercial office systems
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support operational needs as they arise
