A European bank are looking at add to their Real Estate Finance team in London.

This role will support the execution and closing of big ticket commercial real estate financing transactions across a range of asset classes, including commercial, residential, offices, retail and logistics.

It will be well suited to someone who enjoys being close to transactions, understands how deals are actually delivered and can take ownership of coordinating deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of investment and development finance transactions.
• Managing closing processes, funding mechanics and detailed closing checklists.
• Supporting client onboarding, customer due diligence and ongoing KYC/AML.
• Coordinating across departments (credit, compliance, legal, treasury etc) to ensure smooth and timely deal delivery.
• Reviewing third-party reports (valuation, insurance, ESG, M&E, environmental etc).
• Maintaining internal systems.
• This is a hands-on role with real accountability and exposure to live transactions.

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years' experience in a real estate finance environment.
• Experience supporting or executing commercial real estate lending transactions.
• Exposure to KYC, AML and client onboarding processes within a bank or lender.
• Excellent communication skills.
