Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Propositions Manager, Investment & Insurance Propositions.
Principal responsibilities

• Drive products and formulate business tactics and propositions for investment, life insurance and general insurance across Commercial Banking segments
• Develop and launch tailor-made products, distinct selling propositions, sales development initiatives and promotion campaigns to achieve agreed business goals
• Establish efficient sales processes while observing internal and regulatory rules and guidelines for full compliance
• Effectively manage third party / in-house insurers and product manufacturers, sales operations and product compliance
• Coordinate the approval of new products/enhancement of existing products, on-going product review according to internal policies and frameworks

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
• Proven experience in commercial banking and investment/insurance business
• Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision making and decision makers
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
