Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing end-to-end infrastructure project delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk)
• Coordinating and collaborating with all disciplines (engineering, design, and stakeholders)
• Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements
• Supporting procurement, contract administration, and change management
• Facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and driving decisions to keep projects on track

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 15 years of experience in infrastructure project management (Urban, roads, utilities, bridges, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary design and construction teams
• Familiarity with relevant infrastructure Saudi standards, codes, and regulations
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project risks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage (if relevant to region)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Strong client-facing and business development experience
• Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff
