Permanent Full-Time Project Administrator Role in North Brisbane! Your new role
You will be assisting the Sales and Operations teams to provide exceptional customer service during the lifecycle of various projects, while supporting Project Managers with administrative needs.
Your key duties will include:
- Processing orders for projects
- Preparing and compiling relevant project documentation
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates and timelines
- Create site-specific manuals for project handovers
- Invoice completed projects
- Assist with scheduling subcontractors as required
- Producing reports for Project Managers
- Accurate data entry and database management
- Ad hoc administration duties as directed
Your Project Administration / Support experience will be highly beneficial, as well as:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and relationship building abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and demonstrate initiative
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various systems
- Ability to adapt and multitask
- Strong organisation and time management
- Ability to retain technical knowledge
