Overview
The Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, service excellence, and business growth across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership, regional operations teams, and corporate departments to ensure programs are aligned, effectively executed, and delivering measurable results.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven leader with strong program and project management experience, capable of managing multiple interconnected initiatives while maintaining alignment with company goals and client expectations.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a portfolio of corporate programs and strategic initiatives from planning through execution and continuous improvement.
Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to define program strategy, priorities, and success metrics.
Oversee multiple related projects within each program, ensuring alignment, coordination, and successful delivery.
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics.
Provide regular program updates, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to support company programs, new account launches, operational improvements, and process enhancements.
Ensure consistency and standardization of processes, documentation, and reporting across all program initiatives.
Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints across projects and implement proactive solutions.
Analyze operational data and program outcomes to identify trends, drive efficiencies, and support data-driven decision-making.
Support large-scale organizational initiatives such as new service offerings, system implementations, and operational transformations.
Ensure all programs align with company standards, client expectations, and operational best practices.
Mentor and support project leaders or team members involved in program execution.
Assist with additional strategic initiatives and corporate priorities as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field required.
Minimum of 57 years of experience in program management, project management, operations leadership, facilities services, or a related industry.
Proven experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project/program management tools.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
Work Environment:
Corporate office environment with regular collaboration with operations teams.
- Travel may be required to support project implementation, operational initiatives, and client accounts.
Physical Requirements:
Applicants for this role must be able to:
- Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times a day
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Approximately equal amount of time sitting and walking
- Able to hear and speak into a telephone
- Close visual work on a computer terminal
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
