For the division Program Management at Elevate Aircraft Seating in Kaiserslautern, we are looking for a skilled

Program Manager (all genders)

Your Duties - (Other duties and projects may be assigned or requested):

• Take full ownership of the commodity seat, including leading IPT meetings to ensure alignment, progress, and timely decisions across all stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including goals, milestones, and deliverables, while overseeing all program responsibilities.
• Drive the execution and successful completion of assigned projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Establish and maintain mechanisms for monitoring, integrating, and communicating project elements and product configurations.
• Ensure compliance with Elevate Aircraft Seating standards and aerospace industry regulations in all project management activities.
• Coordinate operational project issues and facilitate cross-functional collaboration between departments.
• Perform risk analysis, implement mitigation strategies, and track progress on risk reduction measures.
• Manage and control program or product changes effectively.
• Monitor and manage project costs, including cost estimation for each phase and post-project cost review.
• Track progress of manufacturing, engineering, and testing processes against established plans.
• Support other functions and fill gaps as needed to achieve program milestones and targets.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Program Management, ideally within the aerospace industry.
• Proven expertise in project management, product launches, and process implementation.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Excellent risk management skills required.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Projects and all MS Office applications.
• Excellent knowledge of English and German language (written and spoken).
• Ability to take ownership of projects, coordinate actions, and make timely decisions.
• Willingness to travel as required.
