Program Manager - Knowledge Management (m/f/d)In Germany - Munich
This role acts as the operational backbone of the Knowledge Management(KM) function, supporting the Global Director of Knowledge Management indelivering Simon-Kucher's KM transformation program.
It combines Chief of Staff and PMO responsibilities - driving structure,coordination, and execution across multiple KM and AI-relatedinitiatives.

Howyou will create an impact:
PMO& Program Coordination
- You plan, coordinate, and monitor initiatives under the KM 2.0 strategy.
- You maintain project plans, milestones, and status reports, and track progress, risks, and dependencies.
- You support prioritization, resource allocation, and risk management across different workstreams.
- You prepare Steering Committee updates,dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership.
OperationalSupport
- You act as the right hand to the Global Director KM, helping structure priorities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- You prepare and follow up on meetings, including agendas, inputs, decks, and action tracking.
- You coordinate with cross-functional teams (Data & AI, IT, Learning & Development, Internal Communications) to ensure alignment and effective information flow.
- You support annual planning and goal-settingactivities for the KM function.
Initiative& Operations Ownership
- You drive selected Knowledge Management initiatives, such as AI chatbot rollouts, gamification expansion, or content migration.
- You coordinate cross-functional contributors and monitor delivery quality to ensure high standards.
- You oversee operationalaspects of KM systems, including internal knowledge platforms and SharePointenvironments.
Aboutyou:
- You hold a university degree and bring 3-6 years of experience in project management, consulting, or digital transformation programs, ideally with exposure to Knowledge Management.
- You have strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly.
- You are agile, proactive, and enjoy working infast-paced, cross-functional environments.
