Description
Responsibilities- Develop and execute product strategies to drive growth and profitability for the consumer lending portfolio
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for new product development or enhancement of existing offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, risk, operations, and technology, to ensure seamless product implementation and delivery
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand pain points, and incorporate insights into product roadmap
- Manage the product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch support
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the consumer lending or financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer lending products
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
