- Probate/Trust Administration Associate Attorney
Description
We’re a respected estate planning law firm that’s served Southwest Florida families for more than a century. Our focus isn’t volume or vanity metrics—it’s meaningful work, thoughtful planning, and long-term client relationships built on trust.
We're hiring an associate attorney who wants to make a career—not just fill a role.
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who:
- Cares deeply about clients and your colleagues.
- Is results-oriented and follows through.
- Thinks critically and doesn’t accept surface-level answers.
- Is always learning and improving—because the law and our clients’ needs are always evolving.
- Is not looking to job-hop. We want someone who wants to grow with us.
These aren't just words on a wall. This is how we evaluate ourselves internally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll handle clients immediately, not just shadow someone else’s work.
- You’ll work directly with personal representatives, trustees (both family and professional), beneficiaries, CPAs, trust officers, financial advisors, appraisers, and more.
- You’ll be trained under a Florida Bar Board-Certified Wills, Trusts & Estates attorney.
- You’ll work within our trademarked Estate Settlement Process, which ensures clarity for both clients and professionals involved in an estate.
- We’ve invested in backstage processes so our attorneys can focus on what really matters—front-stage experiences for clients.
What We Offer
- Salary commensurate with experience.
- Mentorship from experienced, board-certified attorneys.
- Long-term growth opportunities. There is no ceiling here for the right person.
- A team-first, supportive environment that values getting it right over getting it fast.
What We Don't Offer
- What We Don’t Offer
- Office politics.
- Paper-pushing busywork.
- Shortcuts.
If you’re looking for a place to do good work, with good people, for the long haul—reach out.

- Be conversant in Florida probate and trust administration (either through coursework, clinics, clerkships, or professional experience).
