About the scope
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience Tower is part of Global Business Operations and covers a set of planning, forecasting & analytical activities that support business decisions and help understanding of overall financial health by combining financial, operational, and external data in one place. It involves supporting strategic planning, leading Annual Operating Planning (AOP), supporting landing, leading performance analysis, and generating insights on strategic market and regional level.
About the role
- Data Management & Financial Insight: Lead data analysis, providing clear insights into P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow for diverse audiences.
- Commercial Understanding: Offer actionable recommendations with a focus on business impact and budget implications.
- Collaboration & Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with functional leads and non-financial teams to enhance capabilities.
- Innovation & Improvement In Execution: Drive continuous enhancements in planning and reporting, supporting performance goals with financial insights.
- Anticipation & Problem Solving: Proactively address issues, anticipate challenges, and maintain focus without direct support.
- Leadership & Coordination: Lead the Business Performance Management (BPM) process and support senior leaders in process development.
- Execution & Decision Support: Resolve issues, find opportunities, and deliver accurate financial analysis on time.
- Financial Reporting & Budget Management: Ensure timely reporting, accurate month-end closing, and effective budget management with partners.
About You / What We're Looking For:
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or cost controlling.
- Demonstrates strong financial competence with deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Commercially minded, able to provide realistic, actionable recommendations and alternative solutions to complex issues.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
- Excellent analytical skills, able to see the big picture and communicate high-level insights effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven track record of cooperating and influencing across functions and senior collaborators.
- Customer-focused, capable of prioritizing effectively, making informed decisions, and achieving results with urgency.
- Innovative and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient in English.
