Operations Leader - Property, Casualty & Crisis Management (PCCM)Are you a strategic operations leader ready to shape how a business operates at its core?

Step into a pivotal role within Aon Business Services (ABS), the central engine that standardises, streamlines and elevates operational delivery across Aon, and help define the future of excellence within the Global Broking Centre!
As the senior operational business partner for PCCM, you'll lead end‑to‑end performance, partner across ABS teams, and guide the successful adoption of the new GBC Digital Operating Model, ensuring PCCM evolves in line with wider strategic ambitions.

What the day will look like
Business Partnership & End‑to‑End Process Leadership
- Act as ABS's primary operational partner into PCCM, working across CSD, Technology, Operations Improvement, Invoicing and Fiduciary.
- Own and enhance PCCM's end‑to‑end processes, ensuring clear roles, handoffs, controls and service standards.
- Embed a consistent Target Operating Model across Property, Casualty and Crisis portfolios, driving simplification and operational efficiency.
Service Excellence & Operational Performance
- Coordinate cross‑functional workflows to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery for clients and network offices.
- Strengthen operational alignment between PCCM, the GBC and global teams through data‑driven insight.
- Define and track PCCM KPIs, using them to improve service quality, control and efficiency.
Leadership, Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with the Head of PCCM, providing operational insight to support strategic and commercial decisions.
- Build strong relationships across ABS, GBC and global stakeholders to drive aligned execution.
- Lead PCCM's operational governance routines and steer key initiatives such as regulatory change, audit actions and process improvements.
Digital & Technology Enablement (GBC Transformation)
- Partner with technology teams to deliver digital tools, workflow enhancements and modernised systems.
- Embed the GBC Digital Operating Model and guide teams through new processes, tools and governance.
- Build digital readiness and support PCCM's developing AI capability to enhance productivity and decision‑making.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Senior operational leadership or business partnering experience within insurance, reinsurance or broking, with strong London Market understanding.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional, end‑to‑end processes and embed Target Operating Models in complex, matrix environments.
- Strong stakeholder influence, data‑driven decision‑making and a track record in operational and digital transformation.
- Experience working with offshore/global delivery models (ideally India).
- Exposure to regulatory, audit or compliance‑driven change and digital workflow/placement tools.
- Understanding of automation/AI in operating models and relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACII).
