This is an ONSITE position located in Orlando, FL. SECRET Clearance Required.
National Capitol Contracting (NCC) is seeking a Multimedia Site Manager for an upcoming contract (*contingent upon award*). This role will be responsible for the overall management, oversight, and performance of a Visual Information program supporting the creation, production, and delivery of high-quality graphic design, photography, audiovisual, video production, and video teleconferencing services.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Provide overall management and operational oversight of all Visual Information activities supporting graphic design, photography, videography, audiovisual services, video teleconferencing, and presentation support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Government customer relations, coordinating directly with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and/or Contracting Officer to address performance matters.
- Manage daily supervision of contractor personnel, ensuring tasks are properly scheduled, resourced, directed, and executed in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure high standards of quality control across all task areas, including Visual Information deliverables, and resolve any quality, timeliness, or accuracy issues promptly.
- Review and approve all monthly deliverables associated with Visual Information services prior to submission to the Government.
- Attend meetings as required by the COR or Contracting Officer to discuss program performance, operational status, or resolution of performance concerns.
- Maintain familiarity with USN policies and procedures related to fraud, waste, and abuse.
- Monitor contractor employee activities for potential fraud, waste, or abuse and take immediate corrective action when necessary.
- Notify the COR immediately upon observation of any behavior constituting fraud, waste, or abuse by contractor personnel.
- Ensure adequate programmatic controls are in place, including workforce management, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance processes across all supported Visual Information functions.
- Provide a reliable means of contact for the Site Manager or designated alternate during emergencies.
- Ensure continuity of operations by designating an alternate Site Manager when conditions preclude on-site presence, and notify the COR/ACOR of the acting individual.
- Coordinate directly with Government personnel on site to support mission requirements and operational needs related to Visual Information and audiovisual support.
Minimum Requirements
- Active Secret government security clearance.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing Visual Information activities in a government contracting/DoD environment.
- Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of:
- Photography
- Videography and video production
- Graphic and digital arts
- Video teleconferencing systems
- Audiovisual and presentation technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Broadcasting, or a related field from an accredited university.
- In lieu of degree: Four (4) additional years of relevant experience beyond the required five years may substitute for the degree.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Working knowledge of AV and multimedia production environments.
- Ability to identify, precent and correct performance issues.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Previous experience within the Navy or supporting Navy government programs.
