Description
1. Analysing complete spectrum of the financial product:
o Calculating the returns of various asset classes and the scheme at a set frequency
o Evaluating the product basket based on parameters like standard deviation, beta, rolling returns, sharpe ratio, etc
o Explaining the products to various wealth managers and resolving their queries if any
o Keep abreast of various regulatory and the policy changes, market trends, revenues offered, etc
2. Preparing product presentations:
o Updating various marketing and presentation literatures
o Preparing client specific presentations based on the feedback of the wealth managers
o Cross-sell products and services to both new as well as existing HNI & Ultra HNI clients as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements basically through financial planning process.
3. Market or product Research and Analytics
o Research, investigate and regularly update regarding the available investment opportunities/financial market trends to determine whether they fit into client portfolios
o Liaison with various third party product providers
o Conducting due diligence of new and existing products
4. Assisting the wealth managers to ensure prompt servicing and updates to the clients:
o Preparing the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) for the new clients coming on board and updating the same for existing clients
o Undertake complete portfolio analysis and need based analysis of HNI, Ultra HNI and corporate clients.
o Coordinate with wealth managers to understand the client requirements and taking investment decisions for the clients
o Recommend strategies that clients can use to achieve their financial objectives
o Provide various Investment performance reports and summaries to the clients
5. Ensure ongoing self-development.
Requirements
1. Target segment to consider the candidate will be someone who has:
a. Strong evaluation and assessment skills
b. Good understanding of the various financial evaluation parameters
c. Team player who can work under pressure and depicts problem solving skills
d. Someone who is young and energetic and is eager to explore
2. Competence / Ability to offer advice to clients, panning across his financial assets
3. Should have high clarity over various financial concepts and terminologies pertaining to capital markets and products like equity, mutual funds, debt securities, AIF, structured products, etc
4. Good market knowledge
5. Awareness of various micro and macro-economic events taking place both in India and globally.
