Description
YOUR MISSION- Execute Product Excellence standards within assigned BU(s) or category groups, ensuring fit, performance, quality, and testing requirements are applied correctly
- Ensure BU compliance with material, trim, labeling, and packaging standards, raising deviations and proposing solutions
- Contribute to the development and refinement of guidelines, tools, and templates, particularly around physical product standards
- Analyze BU product data, testing results, and material usage to identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with PGS, SCM, and BU teams to implement complexity-reduction measures and standardization initiatives
- Support sustainability implementation through accurate application of material guidelines and product requirements
- Work closely with Product Data & System Excellence to ensure standard changes are reflected in PLM, tooling systems, and product master data
- Provide coaching and day-to-day guidance to Junior Managers, serving as their point of contact for technical and process questions
- Prepare reports and documentation for senior review (Teamhead/Senior Manager).
YOUR TALENT
- Several years of professional experience (4+ years) in product management or in the international apparel/sports goods sector, ideally with a leading international sports brand
- Degree in fashion management, business administration, marketing, sports management, or similar (bachelor's/master's degree preferred)
- In-depth market, retail, and industry knowledge in the sports and sportswear sector, as well as a keen sense of consumer trends
- Very strong analytical skills and a pronounced business orientation
- Passion for sportswear
- Very good written and spoken English skills and strong communication skills
- Very good to in-depth knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Team player mentality with a high degree of flexibility, initiative, and a structured, organized approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple complex processes simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment
- High level of energy, attention to detail, self-confidence, and motivation for daily challenges.
