Description

Job Summary
Performs painting and minor maintenance work under general supervision to maintain the appearance and condition of interior and exterior spaces. This role supports facility upkeep by completing painting projects, surface preparation, and related repair work throughout the property and associated locations.

 
Primary Responsibilities
Perform painting projects as required
Complete repair work including spackling, taping, and plastering
Conduct minor sheetrock and wall repairs
Perform wood staining and stripping
Carry out other related duties as assigned
 

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience & Skills
Minimum five (5) years of experience in the painting trade
Knowledge of paints, stains, finishes, and custom color mixing
Ability to operate paint mixers, shakers, and related equipment
Experience with marbelizing and spray equipment
Ability to operate rigs and standard tools of the trade
