Job description
We are a busy, boutique wellness spa nestled in the beautiful mountain village of
Sperryville, VA. We offer holistic spa services - organic plant based facials; many
massage modalities, including therapeutic, deep tissue, myofascial, lymphatic, and
prenatal; reiki energy healing; day spa packages; sound healing; ozone sauna; herbal
wellness consultations; and intuitive guidance services. We have a fully operational
apothecary and formulate herbal medicine on site.
We are seeking passionate and motivated Licensed Massage Therapists to join our
team on a full-time and part-time basis. As an Independent Contractor, you will have the
flexibility to regulate your schedule and be responsible for your own taxes. This position
requires you to work some weekends. We offer a unique, relaxed, and supportive work
environment that prioritizes healing and wellness over a "turn and burn" approach. We
encourage creativity, collaboration, and provide opportunities for growth and learning in
various healing arts modalities.
Key Points to Consider:
Full-Time Schedule: Join our team on a full-time basis, typically 3-4 full days
per week, maximizing your income potential, increasing your client base, and
still enjoying some flexibility within your weekly schedule.
Part-Time Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time position with a
schedule that accommodates your lifestyle.
Weekend Availability: Some weekend availability is required, allowing you to
reach clients during peak times.
Independent Contractor: As an Independent Contractor, you can regulate
your own schedule and are responsible for your own taxes.
Scheduling and client base: We have a vast pre-existing (and growing!)
client base that you will have access to here. We also handle client scheduling
for you, as well as promotion and marketing.
Linens, towels, massage oils, lotions, and aromatherapy oils are ALL
provided by the spa.
Massage tables are provided by the spa, both in house and for mobile
services.

Job Type: Independent Contractor w/ option of employee status
Pay: $100.00 - $300.00+ per day
