The Lease Compliance Coordinator will manage the operational and administrative tasks related to lease documentation and data management. This role involves maintaining accurate leasing records across multiple platforms and ensuring timely communication and documentation for lease-related activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the leasing team, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and processing agreements efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Save, manage, and communicate lease documentation internally and externally, including mailing required documents.
- Maintain and update Salesforce for lease deals and space information pages.
- Draft and process lease documents, including Estoppels, SNDAs, and Commencement Agreements.
- Manage and update leasing records in multiple systems, including spreadsheets and project management tools like Monday.com.
- Process commission invoices and maintain accurate records of Listing Agreements and Commission Agreements.
- Provide tenant banking information, complete tenant-specific forms related to banking setup, and request W-9s as needed.
- Support special projects, including Commencement Agreement/Amendment reports and square footage audits.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and lease documentation standards.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in lease administration or property management.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and real estate contracts.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
